⭐️ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointed I regret ever choosing Three Fountains Apartments. From start to finish, it has been nothing but stress and frustration. The management is completely unorganized, slow to respond, and honestly acts like they don’t care about residents at all. Every time you ask for help, they either ignore you, give you attitude, or promise things that never get done. Maintenance is a joke—things break constantly and take forever to get fixed, if they even bother. The apartments themselves look fine at first, but once you move in you realize how cheaply everything is actually taken care of. Noise, cleanliness issues, and lack of communication are constant. For what they charge, you’d expect at least decent service, but you won’t get that here. I honestly wouldn’t recommen

I love living at Three Fountains Apartments! The community is always clean and well taken care of, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled super fast. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. I also really appreciate that they keep up with regular pest control and overall property care — it really shows! Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed home in Dallas

I am living in Three fountains since 2024 and I'm loving this place so much and more than anything the leasing office staff specially Paola is a sweetheart, today I had a plumbing issue in the kitchen they fixed the problem in a few minutes. Not only today they are always responsive and dedicated towards their job. Highly recommended.

Three Fountains Apartments has been the worst, most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. I’m not exaggerating when I say this place is overrun with roaches. They come out of the walls, the cabinets, everywhere — no matter how clean you keep your unit. Management acts like it’s normal and gives zero urgency about fixing the problem. It’s embarrassing and nasty. And the hallways? They stink. Every day it’s a mix of old trash, dirty carpets, and god knows what else. Walking to your own door feels like going through a musty, foul-smelling tunnel. It’s honestly embarrassing to even have guests over. Maintenance barely shows up, management never communicates, and everything is falling apart. For how filthy and poorly managed this place is, the rent should be free, because that’s about all it’s wo

My stay was wonderful! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. I appreciated the attention to detail and how smooth and stress-free everything was. I truly enjoyed my time here . Highly recommend!
