Thornhill Apartments

Move in was pushed there times because they could not get the apartment ready on that stated move in dates; still had issues that were not resolved at move in and 7 months later they are still not fixed. Put in work orders to have issues resolved and they were closed without being completed. Have repeatedly requested to speak to someone in leadership but have never been contacted. The property it’s self is nice and in a great location but the maintenance staff is grossly under qualified, and does not know how to perform basic repairs. I am now to the point I have to threaten to withhold rent, to which their only reply is they will fill eviction against me, instead or having the leadership team contact me.

I started living here two years ago and I'm still here. Two years later, I decided to write my review. Is it the perfect place? No, there are no perfect people here. Almost perfect? Yes. Because it is: clean, quiet, safe and surrounded by green areas. The lease agents are part of my life here. Honest and kind Julia has been my great support at all times. Thank you always! 🙏. There are people here who want to live in peace, safety and in clean areas and that's what this place is about. If you want to be a good neighbor, don’t hesitate — this is the place.

After touring several apartment complexes I’m glad to have found Thornhill. Great area and the staff are fantastic. Shout out to Kayla in the office, she gave piece of mind when signing my lease.

Thornhill apartments may not be perfect, but no apartment complex is. But I can surely say the staff is top tier! Kayla on the leasing office staff makes every guest feel cared for and at home. Kayla recently joined the Thornhill team and in the short time she's been a part of the staff has gone above and beyond! She has a great heart and will surely make you feel like family and not just another resident. The maintenance staff is great about being quick to address issues. Although the community is close to Glenwood it still feels quiet and homey with many long term residents that look out for one another. I’ve been very patient with this community, but my limit has been reached. Recently, a package of mine was stolen, and today management returned what was left of it. However, several items were missing, and the items that were returned were clearly used — including the underwear I ordered, which had the tags removed. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely disturbing. On top of that, the walls and windows in my apartment still haven’t been repaired, even though it has been almost six months since I first reported the issue. I love my apartment and I truly enjoy living here, but I cannot ignore the lack of care and responsibility shown toward residents. I hope these issues are taken seriously and resolved promptly. Shame on Thornhill Apartments management.
