If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would! I lived in this apartment for a year. Moved in and had MANY issues with the apartment. NOTHING ever got fixed, you can call and leave a message but they never call back. Was ready to move out 3 months in because I knew I made a huge mistake moving to British wood’s apartments in Lenoir. Took them weeks to deliver a stove that a mouse ate through the wiring and then proceeded to tell me that I must have a rodent problem, when I JUST moved in. Was without a stove and over for 2 weeks. The stovetop I couldn’t use because it electrocuted me every time I touched my pan. There was a hole in the bath tub that they refused to fix, the sink leaked water on top of the sink. Don’t rent here the two ladies in the office will take lunch and never come back meanwhile you sitting waiting for them to open the office so u can apply then once u apply they will waste your time by not calling you back meanwhile they have message on their voicemail not to leave multiple messages which I knew wz a red flag meaning they have a problem returning your call rent from ppl who value their residents

I only applied to live in one of their properties. I emailed them several times and did NOT get a response from the property manager. They told me I needed employment before they would consider me. I have guaranteed income every month. In other words they didn’t bother reading the application or looking at all the information I sent them. It’s disappointing. They did keep the 50.00 application fee! They called later this day to let me know my application was not run and to please come get the money order since they didn’t use it.

Just terrible business practices. Let individuals with no leg to stand on dictate someone's life. Call the cops and the dog warden... nothing happens because they lie. But you still kick someone out of their home that pays their rent on time and is respectful. We'll, no more mr nice guy

I know there appears to be a lot of negative reviews about Thornburg & Associates, but I am here to state that that is not the case with us. I can only say good things about this property management company. I just found out today that they are no longer the property management for the townhouse we rent so I thought I would leave a review. Carol, John and everyone there has always been a nice and polite and respectful to me. We had only two real issues during the time that they managed the property, and Carol had them resolved promptly and efficiently. Saying good bye to such a great group is hard for me. I wish them all the best.
