Thornberry Apartments

I had a great experience touring Thornberry Apartments. The community was clean, well-kept, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. Everything was explained clearly, from the layout options to pricing and amenities, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I especially want to highlight Kailene for her professionalism and attentiveness. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing or pressuring me. You can tell she truly cares about what she does. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’m seriously considering making Thornberry Apartments my new home. Thank you Kailene for this great experience! Aleah

I cannot believe this complex thinks it’s okay to have that woman be the property manager! If you all did a survey for all the residents, I’ll bet your bottom that the majority wants her out! Thank god for the guy that’s in there because being now that Seth’s gone, it seems like this place is going down hill! Break-ins! People are smoking weed in the open! Gate is broken! Maintenance now takes days to respond to issues. I’m literally absolutely sick with knowing I’m paying the amount I do, yet my safety is not valued! Your new property manager was overly rude as an assistant! How dare you all make her a manager! I’ve only come in to ask questions about maintenance and about paying my rent! Until they figure out better staffing options, I will not be recommending anyone else to this propert

Living here for three years and I must say I seen many changes. I want to give a big thanks to the maintenance guys Mitch , Saquen , and Lester . When I create a maintenance ticket they come with no questions ask to service my issue. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to make these apartment complex suitable for the community. Customer service for the maintenance guys I give them 5 stars. I do have an issue with management with lack of communication but I am going to save that review until my issue is resolved. Hopefully my issue is resolved by next week respectfully or that review will not be as pleasant.

I have been living at Thornberry apartments for over a year and it has been a pleasure to say the least. The maintenance supervisor Mitch is very accommodating and knowledgeable about his job. He gets the maintenance request done in a timely manner. He is by far the best at what he does. He’s always cleaning the property and making sure is team is doing the same.

I’ve had the pleasure of living in this apartment for 4 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location, but what really makes this place stand out is the management. They are truly great people—always friendly, approachable, and quick to help whenever something came up. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure tenants felt at home. It’s rare to find such genuine, caring management, and it made all the difference in my stay.
