They made me clean up sewage in my own apartment from an external source. Wasn’t until today we had a water leak at my office I realized how traumatized I still am from this experience. To this day hands down the worst landlord I’ve ever had. Look at the 311 complaints for their properties is all I’m gonna say. Get a bucket of popcorn if you want to read through their past litigations.
