When you win a bid, you should only be charged what is stated that you will be charged! I didn't expect to pay less by any means, but was over charged when my card was ran. It wasn't the amount of the overcharge because it wasn't a significant amount, however its the principal! It makes me wonder does this happen often? I understand all fees/surcharges ie...sales tax 6%, 10% buyers fee and 4% C.C fee. The total charged should reflect those amounts exactly!
