We've been dealing with Mountain Homes since around August 2020. We had a misunderstanding where the home we were interested in was sold before our application was approved with the bank, that was upsetting but it worked out in the end, we ended up getting a better home. The one pictured. We've been working with Steve, he's been a tremendous help and I feel very comfortable and confident in doing business with him- highly recommend him. Very professional and personable, he's guided us every step of the way, which is greatly appreciated. Our home will take a good while to install, estimation of 45 days until it leaves the lot to our property but that isn't their fault, they've been selling homes like crazy and we're one of the latest sales, so we must be patient and wait! We aren't complete

Started out to be a good experience... until they got their money.. suddenly we went to the bottom of their to do list. I def regret my decision to purchase through this company and urge other people to look elsewhere!! They have had their money for more than a week and still won’t give me a delivery date! Update- Now the owner has personally called and harassed me about this review! They have also told us to call the manufacturer for repairs, something they were supposed to do when we first bought our home. So unless you want treated bad and then called and harassed when you make a complaint don’t go through this company! This is the biggest mistake I’ve ever made and I urge people to look elsewhere!!

They were good at first after we got our home the workers did a terrible job question didn't get answered drove up there to pick up keys (had an appointment) no show from owners we still have cracks in our drywall! The lists goes on! Don't know how they got the awards but service was terrible!

Not great, If I could give less then zero Stars I would. Started off okay I thought, My wife and I had found our own Lender who had us approved for 27 acres of land plus Mobile home. We picked out our home and signed a few papers. Now it's time for the dealer ( Mt Homes INC) to sign a few things for our lender. Some time had passed then our lender contacted us and lets us know they are waiting on the Mobile Home Dealer to fill out some documents, she sends us 4 PDF's to send to the dealer okay now we thought won't be long now. WRONG!!! Our expected closing date is May 15th, finally around may 4th the dealer ( Mt Homes Inc. ) says there's a problem with the loan. Not sure of what he meant I dropped in on the may 5th to see what was going on and the dealers wife said there was too much paper
