I have lived in one of their properties twice on Dixie Avenue, once in my mid 20s and again recently in my mid 40s. I relocated from HI, and coming back to Atlanta I knew I wanted to come back to this property. The team is amazing and responds quickly to questions and any concern. Sloban, is a great property manager that I had the pleasure of renting with. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous nestled in Inman Park, inches away from the Beltline. It is an intimate community in which I felt very safe. The upgrades are immaculate, and up to date appliances are impressive. I highly recommend anyone that is considering renting with this property management company to do so.

I rented from them for several years and was always satisfied with their service. The whole time I was there I only had two issues and they were both handled within a couple of days. Would rent from them again and recommend them 100%!

I want to appreciate this company for not only working with me during Covid and helping me find a tenant that could take over my lease so I wasn’t left paying a huge bill when I was unemployed. But to also thank them for genuinely caring about their residents. I’ve leased through different companies for 6 years and this company by far takes the cake. For a company that is based in the city, they are worth paying the extra few hundred to live here. All residents they know by name, if I had a problem that maintenance had to take care of they were there within the day. The leasing agent Sloba knows me by name and always says hi. I am appalled by the way that me and my child were treated by Slobodan Mitic. My daughter is visiting me and has a parking pass on her vehicle that was given to me by Slobodan Mitic himself a year ago. He knows I have a daughter that visits and he knows about her car. Today I was told by him that he was having my daughters car booted. Does Thomas Preston not allow people to have visitors that pay them consistently for two years? I have been a model tenant and an disgusted that my 21 year old daughter was threatened. I will be contacting the better business bureau and will be filing complaints and writing reviews anywhere I can. DO NOT MOVE TO A THOMAS PRESTON PROPERTY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN HARASSED.
