Very misleading , looked at a property that was 900.00 a month was told to fill out a application which is 60.00 non refundable fee. I make 800.00 week which is more than 3 times the rent . This company wanted me to pay 900.00 first months rent a 900.00 deposit then 900.00 last months rent and 600.00 pet deposit for two small under 5 pound dogs just because my credit score is not great . I could see if this was a million dollar home but this is a run down duplex . . .

I have leased with Tommy about four years and have had the best experience! The property management team is the best i’ve had and I recommend them to anyone looking for a long term lease

Kinda smelled like mildew in the office I was in but the people were very nice and super helpful.
