We had the pleasure of dealing with Thom as homeowners that were selling our home FSBO. I know normally a seller would not leave a review of their buyer’s realtor. We really wanted to share our experience with the fine realtor Thom is though! In this process we came across some nice and some not so nice realtors. At times I’d hear things like “ I don’t normally show homes to my buyers of for sale by owners unless they ask” or “Many realtors will avoid FSBO listings, so you’ll have a hard time selling your home.” It was clear some were not happy with me.
