Creek Corner Apartments

I moved in Sep.2024 and the staff was very helpful, I like these apartments ESPECIALLY MAINTENANCE, they responds very quickly , the side I live on is quiet , my neighbors are cool & don't bother me. its a good place to start off at. very spacious The ONLY problem I have is the Gates are always broken! The office needs to find a way to prevent the gates from being broken.

Extremely high theft complex. Both unattended and unlocked package room & resident units, along with common areas are consistently targeted by thieves bc they know they will always get away with it. Camera systems don't work. Same response every time (shown in pic). Nothing is done about it as they do not seem to care. They tell you report to police. But police can't do anything if there are no cameras, so it's a dead end loop. It's very well known W&K do not care about these things though.

Recently moved into the Creek Corner Apartments...a 3 BR unit on the 2nd floor..lots of storage, parking is reasonable, usually get a slot just outside the stairs heading straight up. When we began looking in the area, we opted for looking at Wolf-Kline. The property management rep that showed us around was phenomenal Jessica took us all around, showing varied properties explaining the varied areas, costs etc. She followed up with emails and calls even before us deciding on renting one of their properties. Hats off to Jessica. Also, WK was very responsive with some minor maintenance issues, correcting things in a timely manner..Bill took his time, looking at all the minor issues that we noted during the move in. All in all, a great experience on the move here from out of state.

We lived here for a year right when they first opened, and moved out about a month ago. Overall we had a positive experience. The apartment was great, spacious, appliances were all excellent. Staff was helpful when we needed to contact them, which was not often. Move out was smooth and no issues with the security deposit. I really loved the location. Technically, walking distance to 3 breweries (although Boniface is a bit of a stretch), and also a short walk to downtown Ephrata. The only thing that was a bit surprising about Creek Corner was the responsibilities of the maintenance team. Other apartments we've stayed at had pretty comprehensive maintenance teams that would cover things like clogged drains, burnt out lightbulbs, etc. More of that responsibility lies on the tenant at Creek

New apartment, great appliances, amenities and room. Staff has been great when needed and responsive. Only issue is the neighbors upstairs sound like a herd of horses stumping through and that can be annoying when you go to bed by 10pm.
