I scheduled an appointment today for July 16 at 1:30 PM. I arrived at 1:00 PM. Call the police office and nobody answered for three times. Called the number on the website nobody answered. The management for the leasing office is the most terrible management I have ever experienced. For nobody to be in the leasing office, but to confirm and let a person schedule an appointment is the most inconsiderate management I have ever seen. Not only was the appointment for the scheduled tour confirmed but a confirming second email was sent the day of. I stayed till 130 in a little bit after 1:30 PM and no leasing office employee was there. It’s the communication is not good. The manager is great, and the studios are very spacious. I hope they get a better system for packages, but is a good place overall.

I lived here for two years, starting in 2022. It was fine at first, when they had a manager on site 5 days a week. After about a month, they let him go and never replaced him. After that, the building went downhill. No one responded to phone calls, the vm was always full, the building was constantly trashed and the stairwells filled with urine, alcohol and vomit. Tenants would pull the fire alarm in the middle of the night, multiple times a month. Entry doors were constantly broken and homeless people would sleep in common areas and the stairwells. I was told onsite security would be hired in Dec 2022 and when I moved out in Dec 2023, there was nothing of the sort. Maintenance issues were ignored for months. Lived in this dump for almost two years. Can't wait for my lease to be up. This place is the Spirit Airlines or apartment complexes. Don't be fooled by the cheap rent. The drawers, cabinets, and towel racks constantly fall off the walls. Our washing machine has broken countless times and the maintenance staff usually takes two or three calls before they even send someone. The hard wood floors are cracked and falling apart. The gym sucks. Only good thing is the location.

I have lived in this building for over a year now and it really is falling apart. Apartments are sub-par at best and not worth the rent. I moved into an apartment and many things were broken and not clean upon move in. Maintenance really doesn’t do much, either. Save your time and live somewhere else. If you do move in, DO NOT live on the ground level (apts starting with T.) save your time and money and look elsewhere for your own sake.
