I rent from Thetford Properties and they are by far one of the best rental companies I’ve ever worked with the amount of love and service they provide to their tenants is phenomenal and very prompt, whenever there’s an issue with the home they address it immediately no 2 to 3 days after they receive notice is taken care of immediately they treat you as if you’re their family not tenants and I would definitely recommend Thetford Property to anyone who’s looking to rent

I rented from Thetford for several years and would again. The rent was very reasonable for the nice, spacious apartment where I lived and they always responded promptly to any maintenance requests. The apartment was updated with fresh paint, new carpet and new appliances before I moved in.

I rented from them a few years ago and I really wish I never would have left. John thetford actually cares about his tenants and immediately responds to any problems. He worked with me about payments and is an overall wonderful man.
