The Zeb

I love the view of Pikes Peak that I get from my Apartment Balcony, and the staff have been friendly, considerate, and very helpful in dealing with any issues I've had (i.e. The Payment site not updating appropriately, any display of misinformation while I move in, or mail being dropped off incorrectly). Carien in particular is wonderful to work with, and she is a big reason why I moved in upon touring the apartments in the first place. She's my go-to person when it comes to dealing with the Leasing Office. If you're considering moving here, try to get a unit that faces the West. The views alone are worth it.

We have lived at The Zeb for 7 months and have had a great experience! All of the staff--Carien, Greg, Kevin, Raven and Cassie--have been friendly, kind and responsive to whatever we have needed. They organize several community events per month to help residents get acquainted. There is good communication from management to residents. Parking is convenient and close to the building. Maintenance requests are taken care of usually within 2 days. It's a great place to call home!

I’ve had a great experience with the Maintenance Supervisor Greg at this apartment community. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive whenever an issue comes up. Work orders are handled quickly and efficiently, and you can tell he truly cares about keeping the property in excellent condition. Greg communicated clearly about repairs, show up when needed, and always make sure the job is done right the first time. The community is consistently clean, well-maintained, and safe because of his attention to detail and strong leadership. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. Their dedication, reliability, and positive attitude make a big difference for residents. I truly appreciate everything Greg does to keep the community running smoothly.

I just moved here from out of state and had to do the whole process over the phone. Carien was incredibly helpful. She always took my calls/emails and answered my countless question with kindness. She made everything seamless and turned a stressful experience into completely manageable. On Move-In day, Cassie walked me through every detail of my new apartment. She laid out the different vendors, bills to pay and even walked me to my new apartment to make sure everything was orderly and perfect. Everyone I’ve met on staff when I need something has been so kind and I'm really grateful I picked this community to move to.

This is truly one of the finest establishments in Colorado Springs. The maintenance team, particularly Greg and Kevin, exemplifies professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional service. The location is ideal, offering beautiful scenic views while remaining conveniently close to a wide selection of dining and shopping options. Overall, it is an outstanding community that consistently delivers a high-quality living experience.
