The York & Potomac Park Apartments

I love our stay in this apartment for more than 6months now. The management is prompt and sends out regular emails about the maintenance work or other updates about the building. Also they had fun events like free breakfast and today, was the highlight. It was free ice cream for national ice cream day. Also, when people were vacating we got a lot of free books which people left for the tenants. Overall l loved the experience of staying as a tenant in this apartment as we didn’t have much maintenance issues or water issues as compared to the rest of the buildings around. Would definitely recommend the rooftop for the inhabitants also.

My husband and I had a schedule tour with Dani which we enjoyed, we love she was ready for us when we walked through the door! The prices were a little too steep for our budget at the time, however Overall the kindness and professionalism she showed us was outstanding! Thank you Dani

I have actually lived in Potomac Park since February of 2001! My boyfriend and I started living together two years ago, and wanted a bigger space. But I never wanted to give up the location and picture postcard view of the Capitol, Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial and Tidal Basin, including the Cherry Blossoms when in bloom! Finally a neighboring apartment--twice as big with the same view came available. In addition to it's postcard eastern-facing view, it also has a (western) sunset view from the bedroom! We are very happy in our new place! There are other tenants who have been here longer than me. We all know the secret of this location---it's super safe (lots of federal buildings with round the clock security), quiet (concrete walls) & convenient. Located in the the center of so

I've lived here over a year, and I've been super happy :) Management always goes above and beyond, and they're very accommodating with emotional support animals/pets generally. Good community with a mix of families, students, other DC residents. Definitely recommend!

I've lived in Potomac Park apartments for about 1.5years as a GW graduate student. It's in an amazing location (12 minute walk from my classes and Whole Foods, 10 minute walk from the Washington Monument, 20 minute walk from Georgetown Water front etc.). I want to also highlight how amazing the management and maintenance are. Mr. Hugo Aleman and his team are helpful and respectful. Mr. Darwin is amazing, always very quick thorough when handling maintenance concerns. Always has a smile on his face and does a phenomenal job. Very grateful for all the efforts put towards making these apartments feel like home.
