An amazing place to live! The maintenance team is so nice, especially Jeff! The maintenance requests are always fast, usually the next day! I always see them working whether it’s on other apartments, cleaning the pool or maintaining the grounds & walkways! I’ve lived here for a year and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

I had Great pleasure of meeting the new Avenue5 team today they all seem amazing! I was a bit nervous about the change in ownership, but the transition has been seamless. The new management team has already started addressing a few maintenance concerns. Looking forward to the improvements!

I recently had an issue with my oven and the service request was handled by JP. He took the time to listen to what my issue was which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable in his approach to determine exactly what the problem was. He ordered the parts to fix the oven and to my surprise the part was delivered within a few days and JP showed up soon after to install and did a test to make sure all was working properly before leaving. What I appreciated the most is that he was very friendly as he worked and provided explanations to me as needed. This was a problem I thought would take a week to fix but JP was able to get the job done in only a few days. He did a great job overall and provided the best customer service.

I am so excited to move into my new apartment. Scott walked me through all of my options and gave me peace of mind with my decision and this process. The application process was straightforward and quick and I’m looking forward to my move-in date. Thanks again, Scott!
