The Works Aparment (Lifeworks)

(Edited 3/2024: Years ago, after a number of problems arose, the local APD District rep had a word with this complex, and the result of that discussion was that on site security was needed. That improved the situation... for a while. Within the last year or so, that patrol seems to have gone away. The results are clearly apparent Frequently residents and non residents will cruise the parking lot with extremely loud stereos. Not ideal if you need to study, concentrate, are elderly, or have a non standard schedule. I wonder what the manager is assuming about residents or the complex or neighbors. Would they put up with this level of nuisance in their own neighborhood? Also, recently there was a shooting in the parking lot that sprayed bullets all over a neighbors house. Please b

This place is alright, but the police are constantly in and out of there.
