Everything seems great when you move in, but when you move out, they will take your entire $600 security deposit—and you might even end up owing them more for so-called cleaning fees, painting fees, and carpet cleaning fees. No matter how well you maintain the apartment, they will deduct these charges. Essentially, the previous tenant is paying for the next tenant's apartment. I asked my neighbors whom I know, and they all experienced the same treatment when they moved out. I believe that their business practices appear to violate California Civil Code §1950.5, which governs the handling of security deposits. Not safe, they stolen my bike from balkani then they were given me the example of neighbors bike on their balkani that no body is stolen theirs.

We stay here for a year before buying our own home. Great location. very quite and safe. The crews are super friendly, and maintenance is fast and reliable. Would highly recommend living here!

My family and I arrived in California a few months ago, we had to rent in The Woods, because it was what best fit our budget initially. We didn't know anything in California and getting to Fremont was our best option. Thank goodness the management at The Woods made us feel at home. When we received the apartment, everything was extremely clean and in excellent condition. Renting there was definitely the best decision. It was a great first step. Thanks to all the team.
