Had such a pleasant experience meeting with Dwayne. He was very professional, took his time to answer my questions, and show me the different models in the community. Also, gave his personal take on Brandywine, which helped me weigh some factors I had not previously considered. We were brought here by our realtor and met Kelly and Natalie. They were both extremely helpful and Kelly gave us great advice and took the time to educate us as first time homebuyers, which we really appreciated. Between Kelly and her sales team and the construction manager Jim and his team, our experience with Stanley Martin has been wonderful. We closed just over a week ago and the outstanding service continues. Highly recommend this community.

The community is coming along nicely. Nice common areas and I do believe they (they being Stanley Martin or HOA) listen when concerns are brought up by residents or future residents. I love the different townhome models, giving variety for singles or families. Additionally, I see the Louisas are getting some wooded lot options. The community and homes are a good start- Affordable ( for the DC metro area) and still convenient without forgoing quality. Thankfully it’s been quiet living here, and I’ve found it to be convenient - local fresh food market, gyms, Costco, John Hopkins satellite facility in Brandywine etc. I’m optimistic about the future of this area and community.
