I just closed last Tuesday, and the entire journey was far more seamless and stress-free than I ever imagined buying a home could be. From start to finish, Rob, Cat, and Frank made the process feel approachable and easy to navigate. They were consistently communicative, answered every question, and took the time to ensure I understood each step. I had a wonderful experience at Ryan Homes. I worked with Antonio,Rob and Cat to get the financing of my home and they were great to work with. They were very patient and informative every step of the way. I also had an amazing builder named Frank. Frank was one of a kind. He built me a beautiful home . Frank sent me pictures throughout the whole building process. If I had any questions regarding my property he responded in a timely fashion. Frank wasn’t just a builder but he felt like family because he actually cared about his clients and he wanted to make us happy. That means a lot. Betty (sales) is the absolute best, she was very open and honest with us about the home we wanted to build and explained everything. We are in the beginning stages of building but so far everyone Jose and Rana (loan officers) are very professional. Todd our build manager is also awesome and keeps us updated with pictures.

Having trouble getting in touch with leasing office. You can't visit the model home without an appointment but no one answers the phone or returns your phone call when you leave a message. Very annoying and unprofessional.
