The property manager that we have now she is awesome she come in early she leave late. You can always talk to them. She jumped on concerns very promptly.

at first i wasn’t going to say anything but i’ve been waiting patiently and this unacceptable, i been calling , emailing scheduling tours , and popping up to the leasing office for MONTHS almost a year a has been a year not once has anyone answered the phone , contact me back or is present in the leasing office not once even when i came at my tour time and date no one was there literally !! i even left notes on the leasing office and still no one has reach out or answers the phone ! i understand most complex’s have waiting list which is understandable but how am i supposed to get on the waiting list if i can’t even get in touch with anybody i’ve called numbers from the website and off there door at the leasing office and the numbers on the door aren’t even valid like how are people livin

Landscaping needs much improvement. These are weeds in the first two photos and very unattractive. The last two photos are suggestions of what you can do to make those improvements. No need to contact you directly, you can see from the posted photos that these are nothing but weeds. Not very appealing at all.

I moved in about 6 months ago and from start to finish everyone was wonderful. Kathy (no longer in the office), Muhammad and Paula are absolutely the best rental agents you can ask for. They are always courteous and very professional. Couldn't ask for a better team. As for the apartment itself, I love, love, love it. There were some delays in the beginning with construction and all, but Muhammad kept me informed and whenever I called, no matter who I spoke with, I was treated with respect. Thank you all for making this experience a great one.

This was my first time getting an apartment and Muhammad has been nothing short of phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in order and the process was simple and stress free! The level of professionalism has been top tier and I would definitely recommend this community for anyone! The whole staff from the moment you hit the door is so welcoming and warm! I am so happy to call The Woodlands on Montgomery home!
