⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love living at The Woodlands Apartment Homes! The community is beautifully maintained, and the apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities—like the pool, fitness center, and common areas—are always clean and inviting. It truly feels like home here, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch place to live!

I have lived here in The Woodlands for only 4 months, and it is a great place to live. You’re located super close to everything, and right across the street is the YMCA. There’s a community pool, children’s playground, and even visitor’s parking so your space doesn’t get taken up. The management and maintenance have been super polite and supportive throughout the move in process, and with any help I need. I’ve had no issues of bugs or pests either which is super nice.

Love my experience here overall. Very well maintained, the landlord is very reasonable, not too lax to allow any sort of ongoing problems, but certainly not constrictive. The price is fair compared to the Florence area, the location is great, very safe, and also tucked away so it does not feel overexposed, but rather very private. Responses are very fast in my experience, and most importantly, NO UNWANTED BUGS!

The woodlands is a great place to live! I lived there for a year while I was in school and It is in a great location only about 7 minutes from UNA. It’s perfect place for pets as well. There are multiple places to walk around with your dog and I never felt unsafe at The Woodlands. Maintenance always got back to us the day we put in a request. We dealt with a small bug issue in our bathroom and Aybri always tried to work it out for us. I would definitely live here again!!

Management always seems to meet expectations of property needs. Our company has worked on this property for years, and we have always been able to maintain a good relationship with all management. Overall a great community.
