I can't really fight what it's like to talk to anybody in the office because I've called several days in a row and never can get in touch with anybody you leave messages nobody calls you back I've been by the office even at 1:30 in the afternoon there's never nobody there it's always locked I don't know even how are you getting in touch with them to ring any of their properties it's ridiculous.

Love the staff and my townhouse! RCP has made every effort to help me in anyway possible. Although a situation in availability arose they ensured I had a home. I cant say enough for the ladies in the office. They are AMAZING! You get what you put in, be a good tenant and you will be treated accordingly!

NoAla Heights Avoid this place at all costs. I haven't slept more than 4 hours in a row for over two months. Construction during the day to ready rooms for renting and at night forget anything resembling quiet most nights. We have domestic abuse, drug activity, and just general yelling and screaming at all hours of the night. Management is non existent. The whole resident manager is a lie. The one they call that is one of the biggest offenders. Forget calling them their phone goes to an endless calling service in the Philippines and I haven't been able to catch them in their office for months. Office Admin Rachel Carver, has one of the most distasteful attitudes I have ever encountered. She does not know how to talk to people with respect; she’s demeaning and presumptuous. This company is more concerned about tenants that are willing to rent “as is” as opposed to taking care of their property. Moisture and floor leveling issues are important concerns. Don’t accept anything from people; you deserve to be treated with respect.
