The Windward Apartments

Absolutely a perfect place to live. Very friendly and helpful and reliable staffs, fast response repair services, lots of occasional gatherings, very warm and welcoming community, safe , clean, very close to shops and restaurants and funs … and much more.

I have had the pleasure of living at the Winward apartments in Lake Oswego since it was built Over the past eight years, my appreciation for the ease of living ,the access to so many wonderful amenities and the constant care of the friendly welcoming staff Has only increased! We love the fact that our apartment is roomy and comfortable, and especially we love the fact that all the many charming opportunities for shopping and dining in Lake Oswego are merely steps away out the front door The management has been excellent in dealing immediately with any problems we might have and the maintenance staff is superb. This place is gorgeous! Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Fitness center is set up for a great workout. Coffee bar in the lobby along with comfortable seating area. This place has it all. The staff are kind and always here to help with any questions or concerns. Five out of Five stars!

I recently stayed in the guest suite with my child, and my husband. It was nothing but a positive experience, staff and building were warm, and inviting. I especially love how safe the building is, I felt more than comfortable here, and was way better than any hotel, or motel one could get. Fun little ice cream shop right by, and it has a nice view within a beautiful short walk. We will definitely be booking here more than once!

The maintenance team led by Gilberto is wonderful. Gilberto & Alex can fix anything so fast with friendly smiles. They are the best!
