The Willows at Manor Heights

My mother has been living in these apartments for over 10 years. She had no issues whatsoever. Now she has a crazy neighbor that moved in no more than 2 or 3 years (idk) and harasses her, and over what? A first come first serve parking space? It is ridiculous. We have tried bringing this concern to management for over a year and we are still waiting for them to reply. It got to the point that we needed to take it to the police because it was so dumb.

This place goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that everything goes smoothly. Deborah is an amazing person and she really treats people with respect.

This place is for low income families. The rent for the place I was interested in is about $700 which is well within my budget. But I have to make more than about $2,400 per month or so to qualify, which I don't make or get a cosigner who makes more than $100,000 yearly. The thing is that I have never been evicted, nor have I had any problems with paying rent before. In the meantime, my mother and I will continue to be without a place to live because we can't find anything. Then the worst thing about this place is customer service. I call several times and nobody answers. Finally, someone answers but doesn't explain everything because she is rushing me. I called again and she keeps hanging up on me no matter how many times I called. So I have to wait another day off of my time to call whi

I have been living here for awhile. I received a letter a day before at the end of the day saying that the maintenance will come in to get some job with to my tub. I have to wait 24hrs to take a shower. I don't have no family to go. I guess no choice to wash myself in the sink. Office always closed, email never answered and no one cares to call you back. 👍

It's beautiful, yet it makes no sense to me. They accept low income and section 8, yet if you have bad credit forget it. Divorced single mom with bankruptcy and college. No deals to be made either. In my past, due to bad credit apts have worked with me. Example double security. I offered 6 months rent. Still no.
