The Landings at Eagle Heights

The very BEST rental community in Lancaster, PA This is my second time living here within 6 years and with just about six months in my current apartment I couldn't be happier. I've got a spacious, well equipped apartment with a great layout and lots of natural light. The location is fantastic and while it's very quiet and peaceful, it's only a 5 minute drive to Rt 30 and all kinds of restaurants and shopping are nearby. The fitness center and pool are great and there are walking paths throughout the community. I can't really comment on the maintenance staff as I've not had to request service for anything in my apartment, but I always see them out and working hard to keep the property looking great! 2 years at current rental and we love it! There’s really nothing to complain about. Very nice people all over the community, beautiful views and walking paths, close to highway, management always sends maintenance very quick and the lawns are always cut and taken care of a couple times a week. Becky over at the office is a sweetheart and this place truly is home!

Great complex! Spacious, Affordable, Clean, Friendly, and Safe. Becky and Kim were so helpful in setting up my lease, touring the grounds, and making sure I knew what needed to be done before I moved in. When I moved in, the apartment was clean and exactly how I expected it to be. There is a gym and pool on the premises for use and a walking trail around the complex. Located close to RT 30, Centerville, and right in between York and Lancaster. Great place to live.

We had a need for short term housing after our home sold and we were waiting on our new construction to be completed. We were very blessed to have found The Landings to be our temporary home. The location is very convenient to shopping and Route 30. We have been comfortable here and have plenty of storage in our townhome for all of the things we stored until our next move. The community is very quiet and dog/kid friendly. The office staff is very personable and helpful.

This apartment complex is perfect. Owners are friendly and welcoming, any repairs that need done are dealt with instantly, prices are reasonable, units are modern and convenient, grounds are kept clean and trimmed. I lived here for 2 years and wouldn't have moved out if I didn't have to for work. That is all.
