The Willows at Manalapan

I would like to say that Jimmy (maintenance) is a excellent maintenance man. He is clean, courteous, kind & respectful. He finishes a job in a timely matter. The (manager) Lawanda is always kind & helpful. I am very happy with my stay here. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to everyone. ;-)

Great place to live in here!

I had the pleasure of speaking to the Office Manger today and I normally don’t write reviews but I thought in this particular instance I will. Lawanda was very welcoming, personable and extremely polite and possessed great interpersonal skills. She is highly recommendable!!! Thank you again Lawanda!!!!

Very poor experience. Made a 30 minute trip because nobody answered the phone. The woman at the clubhouse was rude and uninviting and said there wont be anything available for 3 years.

That place has gone downhill since I moved out of there, 5 years ago. Nothing gets fixed. You will be waiting for years to get done. It is sad since apartments are so nice.
