How do I begin? First off, let me take a moment to acknowledge all of the wonderful staff members who made my transition to the complex so smooth. All of the staff members have been incredible, but I would like to especially acknowledge the maintenance supervisor who went out of his way to help me with my flat tire. THAT is what sets this complex apart from others... the level of care they show to their residents. I do not feel the need to hesitate if I have any questions or concerns. They are extremely approachable, knowledgeable, and prompt in their responses. The complex is brand new, so there are a few things that are still under construction, but the staff keeps you informed about the progress they are making towards completion. From the moment I moved in, the management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming! The maintenance manager is just amazing as well. Orlando goes above and beyond for everyone! We are beyond grateful for Juliann and Alexa in the management office!! The amenities are top-tier — clean gym, beautiful pool, relaxing lounge spaces, and secure parking. My unit is bright, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out. It truly feels like home, and I’m so grateful we made the move! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality living in a great location!

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live in Manalapan. Beautiful property, also the leasing management and maintenance staff is helpful, friendly, and very responsive. I’m happy with my choice here at the exchange on Franklin.

Lovely, well-maintained community with very helpful staff. Monthly activities are very welcoming and the outdoor patio with grills and a fire pit is a nice plus. Two small recommendations would be to add an extra electrical outlet in the bathroom and a towel ring and medicine wall cabinet. Provided window shades/blinds made instant privacy. The state-of-the art security system makes you feel very safe as do the lighted hallways. Lots of available parking makes it easy to park close to my entrance and to accommodate visitors! A terrific development!
