I applied here, gave all of my paperwork, paid for application fee, she told me my unit number and everything. Just for them to run my credit after the fact of giving all of my paperwork back plus more and deny me. I think credit should be ran before so you don’t give someone’s hopes up!

The worst customer service ever. The office staff is extremely rude and in need of serious training on how to engage with others.

I didn’t like how the lady in the office called me and said I had a 3 bedroom available and look for my email NEVERRR send me a email then when I went to call back no ANSWER if I was her skin color it wouldn’t been a problem don’t run something and not actually help people move in !

I don't live here but my reason for giving a 4 star review is because of how response the manager was with me the past few days and she seems like a great person. Me and my wife really wanted to live here but things just didn't line up. We were in a situation where we really wanted to move out of our apartment and this was one of the only places we could afford to live. But God answered our prayers and we were able to buy a house. I just now hope to God that we can live peacefully where we go. Thank you Jaritza for at least giving us an opportunity for a place to live. Who knows? Maybe later down the line, we may reapply some years down the road

While I was working I received a voicemail letting me know there is an opening here. After several attempts to contact, including email, I have yet to hear from anyone. I am interested in living here, but they said if they don't "hear back from me in a few days" they take me off the list. I appreciate the call, but it's a little upsetting no one has gotten back within this time frame. I'm afraid I may be disregarded for no reason.
