The Willows Apartments

You will instantly regret moving here. I do not recommend it at all. I lived there 2 years. In that time there were 7 or 8 different property managers assigned to the complex... wouldn't be a problem with me but each new manager requires a new inspection of your apartment. So they were inspecting my place quarterly which is a real pain if you have pets and work

I have just recently moved here and I have been having an amazing experience thus far. Alma has been very helpful with any questions or concerns that I may have. She has gone above and beyond and has helped to ensure that the move in process here was as smooth as possible. Their maintenance is also top notch as they work tirelessly to ensure the residents here are living comfortably with everything working as it’s supposed to. I would most definitely recommend moving here.

The new management company that purchased this community is demonstrating the best intentions on a daily basis. The lady in the office exudes Customer Service. I recommend this community if you’re looking for a home in Ennis, Texas and make sure you ask for Lexie!
