Ennis Trails

This is what we were living in at Ennis Trails. We asked that it be repaired for 2 years of the 3 we lived there. Over and over we were told it would be and no one ever showed up. Now that we’ve moved they have hit my credit for damages to the apartment and last month’s rent. It was a nightmare. I wouldn’t suggest Ennis Trails to anyone and I personally am in the long process of fighting this. God set us up with a bean New home on our own land. Good things happen to good people too!

Lived here for a year and couldn’t wait until my lease was over. Hard to get in touch with office, maintenance requests take a while to be fulfilled, walls are super thin(could hear upstairs neighbors conversation word for word). Wouldn’t recommend living there, and when you move out they keep your deposit. I made sure my apartment was spotless when moving out and actually seen online that it was rented out less than a week after me moving but they kept my deposit for “carpet cleaning and wall paint”

The literal worst apartments to live in.. it’s been a nightmare! First off, these apartments are roach INFESTED! Neighbors are disrespectful, don’t believe in quiet time after 10. Loud music played all night and day. Can’t voice concerns since the office is never opened. Doors don’t close or lock. Floors lifting. Can’t wait for my lease to be over.

Lived here for a year and my god…. So first off no cameras anywhere, there has been cars stolen, broken into numerous of times, our car was backed into and no note was left. Get use to the smell of mamajuana, every day and night strong smell Of weed non stop just flows, our air conditioning unit froze up each month and when we put in a maintenance request, they wouldn’t show up for minimum of a week later. Next, the thinnest walls, and ceilings ever. You can hear the neighbors above you and next you more than you could manage. Talked with the manager several times and nothing was ever done. I would never recommend this place if you can help it. They encourage you to put in your own security cameras instead of them spending the money to put up some security cameras. Absolutely no amenities,

I moved in about 3 months. Ago. And it's peaceful. Over here I. Am. From corsicana where it's noisy had a few run in with neighbors because they think they running the show but really they're not I tell them where to get like u isn't running nothing but overall love the landlord very patient such a sweetheart thank you Keisha very much appreciated 💗
