Alex did a great job re-caulking the inside and outside of my bathtub!!! It looks so great! And he also helped move the oven out for me so I can grab some stuff that fell behind it and clean behind it cause I’m 8 months pregnant and cannot do that by myself lol the maintenance team here is always great! They always fix things ASAP and have made the living experience really great knowing I can count on them!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment I moved in, it’s been a string of disappointments and confusion. First off, there’s a hidden fee of nearly $120/month that no one can clearly explain. I already pay $65 monthly in amenities, so what exactly is this extra charge for? On the extra charge it says “water, trash ETC” so what are amenities? No transparency whatsoever. It feels like I’m being billed just for existing here. Within the first three days of moving in, my car was towed for parking briefly in front of a bin something I didn’t even know wasn’t allowed. It cost me $350 to get my car out. Yet, there’s a Kia that parks in that exact same spot daily and never gets towed. So the towing rules apparently only apply to new residents? As if that wasn’t enough, th

Alex is always amazing when he come for any maintenance service keep up the good work and I love that he wears the shoe cover because we don’t wear shoe in the house .
