Whomever is handling inquiries should be ashamed. She asked me if I had a voucher which I stated I do not. I asked if it was a requirement and she said no and then asked for my phone number to contact me. Mind you, 3 different people had contacted me about this home. The woman when she called went over my income and once she realized how high it was tried to tell me about other homes they have for rent which were not what I am willing to pay regardless of my income. Then when I tell her that I am only interested in the home that I applied for and inquired about she then tells me that the owner prefers a voucher. I bet that is why it’s still vacant. Maybe it isn’t voucher worthy. Who knows all I know is everything was all good until she found out my income and wanted to rent me higher price
