The Willow Apartments

Stay away from The Willow Apartments. They are mice infested but that is truly the least of their problems. At the center of all the issues is the owners, Willow Cypress LLC. They took over managment of the property in December 2023 after what has been alleged to me their prior managment compnay dropping them im assuming because of their terrible communication and lack of payment. Their mismanagement of the property has led the apartments to their drastic decline. Starting with the mice problem, which for me has resulted in 4 mice caught in traps that I personally provided in 7 calendar days (2/19/24-2/26/24). Before any were caught there were signs of them in my kitchen, in my bed, and on my desk. I have provided pictures of all of this. I attempted to remedy this problem using the only m

New tenant in the community. I was welcome with kindness. Customer service was great, Natisha was very knowledgeable about the community.She also kept me updated about my move in.🙂

Management is terrible. Communication sucks. I have the same problems with my HVAC every few months and everyone keeps dropping the ball with letting me know exactly what’s going on. Staff gets attitudes when held accountable and asked questions. Update I put the previous maintenance request on 06/16, I am now having the exact same issue with my hvac leaking water AGAIN on 06/24. Clearly this isn’t a tenant issue, more of a maintenance issue. Issues over time is one thing but within days?!?! Are we serious. Also the last issue pertaining to my hvac was 05/17 (I have screenshots) may not have been the exact same issue of leaking water but it was involving my hvac. I communicated directly this most recent time and before I could get “thank you” out I was hung up on.

Last week I helped a family new to the US to move into the Willow, and want to applaud Darius and Devon for their attention and assistance in getting this family settled in. There were a number of communication bumps but the two of them handled everything and the move-in was made much easier because of their assistance. Thank you, Darius and Devon. Four stars to you!
