The Whitworth

I recently moved into The Whitworth and have had such a great experience so far. The manager and staff have been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They made the move-in experience smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. The location is fantastic, my apartment is beautiful, and the community feels very well maintained. I’m really looking forward to attending one of the resident events and getting to know more of my neighbors. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to call The Whitworth home.

Great overall experience living at the Whitworth Apartments. Manager Cole was very helpful working with me to find the ideal unit for the 6 month lease for the perfect duration of 6 month lease at a competitive price. Maintenance team was very helpful completing a few work orders. Felt safe for the duration of my stay at the Whitworth. Based on my experience living in the community I would highly recommend it as a place to consider when searching for an apartment.

I’ve been living at Whitworth Community since 2019, and it’s been a fantastic experience in such a tight-knit environment. The staff Cole, Crystal, Jade, Jonathan, Jose, and Luis truly make it exceptional with their dedication and responsiveness. No major issues in all these years speaks volumes about the quality here.

So many great things can be said about The Whitworth! Nestled in one of the safest area's of Williamsburg VA. They are close to the breath taking views of the lakes and trails at Waller Mill Park. Close to shopping at the Prime Outlet Mall. Near Bruton High School, Queens Lake Middle School, Waller Mill Elementary, if you're considering family needs. Close to Historic Williamsburg and the Beautiful Colonial Parkway The management and leadership is top notch, and reflects within the staff and treating everyone with respect and dignity. They were helpful and very empathetic to my circumstances especially as a disabled veteran, they did everything to accommodate my needs to be on the first floor. I highly recommend The Whitworth to anyone as a first option when relocating to Williamsburg VA,

I worked with Angela Weaver at The Whitworth and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s incredibly personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Angela took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, well-kept, and clearly cared for. Between Angela’s professionalism and how well maintained the complex is, I was very impressed with both her and The Whitworth.
