I run a real estate team in Pittsburgh, so Chase hasn't sold me a house. We actually met through the Follow Up Boss community a while back and several conferences. He's become a real friend, not just a colleague. The reason I'm leaving this review is because Chase is one of the most generous people I've met in real estate. He's built The Whitney Team into the number one resale team in Cypress with First Team Real Estate, and he openly shares how he does it. That's not common. I love The Whitney Team! I’ve been in Cypress 11 years and had no friends here. When Sherri and Guy and Chase came to the door with calendars, paper pads and free pumpkin pie, I felt they were my friends. To me, they were my only choice to hire when we decided to move. I also had my neighbor use them, and she was very satisfied. The process was difficult, because I have dogs that are not social. Chase worked around my schedule and adapted open houses to fit my needs. I trust them fully, and I find it difficult to trust anyone.
