Premier Property Buyers were the absolute BEST choice for a cash sale of our investment property in 2025 (Riverside County, CA)! I did a ton of research and found them to be the best and most honest of the buyers. They fund their own purchases so no "Whoops, cannot buy your home now as our investors have no more money!". The pricing of their offer was incredibly detailed and extremely fair for the market range to make repairs. Let's face it, it is a business and they need to make a profit...I found their margins to be fair and honest....not inflated for more % on every item needed to make the home ready for sale. Eric explained exactly how they arrive at the offer price and determined my situation wouldn’t be beneficial to accept their cash offer.  Eric recommended other options that would make the most sense for my particular situation.
