The Wheatlands Apartments

I have had a great experience so far living at the Wheatlands. The office staff is always extremely kind and helpful. They always decorate the leasing office for the holidays! My unit was very clean and inviting when I moved in; they even had a sweet housewarming gift on the counter! I find my 1 bedroom apartment very spacious! There are a lot of closets/storage space! The balcony is very nice during the warmer months. You have the option of renting a garage space, which is great for the winter! The Woodman's, a 24-hour grocery store, is across the street, which is very convenient! I continue to be very happy with my choice!

We have been living here a little over a year and having a great experience! Anytime we have a maintenance issue, it is taken care of timely and the staff is friendly and helpful! Bonus points is my puppy loves it here!

This is Naga Srilekha! My husband and I moved to Wheatlands in Dec 2021. This is the best decision we’ve ever made. Our apartment was wonderfully renovated before we moved in. We are totally loving the location and the apartment met all our expectations. Staff is so approachable and friendly - Emma has been a wonderful person and took care of everything and made our move-in process quite effortless. Such a dedicated management team who care for their residents. Looking forward to building wonderful memories and experiencing all seasons here at Wheatlands 😀

They mentioned luxury apartments in the title, and they do deserve it. I lived in this community for close to 2 years back in 2014 to 2016. We never find a single problem and even If you go to them with simple issues they used to solve them with a smiling stock. What else you need from a community like this. Now we moved in again and there is no reason to rent any where else in Buffalo Grove area. Pros - 1. Healthy living. 2. 10/10 School district. 3. Closer proximity to Buffalo Grove station. 4. Maintenance issues gets resolved quickly. 5. Friendly staff. 6. Closer to Woodmans grocery store and 6 miles from Vernon Hills mall. 7. Cleanliness. Cons 1. Absolutely awesome place to live! I lived at The Wheatlands for 7.5 years and the experience has been fantastic. A very convenient location for everything - grocery stores, Pace and School bus stops, Metra etc. The staff, very friendly and always eager to help residents, starting from manager (Kristen) to office staff (Myra) to maintenance folks (Mario), everyone is awesome! Hence, I highly recommend this property to everyone for short and long term stay.
