3.5 Clean and comfy room. Loved the vibe it gave off. Breakfast was average, no hot food but basic pastries, fridge with yogurt. Loved the coffee machine- cappuccino and espresso options. The body wash 🧴 pump was broken in the shower but most other accessories were available. Loved the steamer. Our biggest complaint-- no physical presence of hotel staff after 7pm. Neighbor was playing extremely loud music with extra bass it seems after 11pm. Police came by to ask them to lower the music. We texted the number that said would be available for other assistance- and they did text back and said would contact the neighbors. But there is nothing better than a physical body available for enforcement of quiet hours, other issues with neighbors, linens/shower/body care/other needs. We could not

It was a nice clean building when we moved in, but now it's meh. It can get noisy with the kids playing in the hallways and if you live underneath loud neighbors. I do like that the management team plan events for the tenants. The garage gates are not working so they're open, which anyone esp. non residents can enter. And they can enter the building stairways, because you don't need a fob to enter, but you do need a key fob to enter the doors on each floor. They could've made the opening for the entering side of garage gate wider and moved the wall back some to prevent people from damaging their cars while entering the building. People have scratched up the hallways walls and leave trash on the floors. We do have a lady who cleans the building. We had a man before and he was awesome. Befo

The property manager is unprofessional I work for a client who requires intensive care and observation that they know about she refused to let me in the building and hit my foot in the door as well as brazed me with her hand in when I asked for a complaint she denied me the right to file one I will be going above her head in filing the necessary complaints that’s needed. If I can give a zero start I would.

Very beautiful place to live. The People are very friendly and helpful.
