Been here for 5+ years. The team is great. The apartments are soooo roomy. Issues are handled within 24 hours and sometimes on the same day. Marie and Ka'von care about the residents and the property. My husband and I will definitely renew our lease for many, many years.

The sales person explained all about the rug I picked out & what the installation process would intaglio. He helped with getting the best possible price within my budget which I really appreciated. Everything looks great!!

Sara Ann is the best representative I have come across in a very long time. She is friendly, respectful and outgoing. I am so grateful for her assistance with the application process. I would highly recommend these apartments!

I've been here over a year, when I signed my lease it wasn't a smoke free property. Time for a lease renewal, and it's smoke free with no notice. Yet, no where on their website does it say smoke free property. Roaches, Roaches, Roaches, ants, ants, ants, trash in the parking lots. Random people asking for money, pool closed well before summer ends. Laundry room closed, limited time for club house PC's, and gym locked. Items missing from apartment, junkie maintenance staff.

Staff is awesome, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. Regular emails are sent with community-wide information. Swimming pool is well-maintained. Community grills are used almost daily during the summer, but everyone is respectful of each other.
