The Watson

We just moved out of The Watson after almost 2 years. I can’t say enough great things about this place, especially Barbara. Before we even toured until the day we moved out, Barbara has been so kind, helpful, and supportive throughout living here. The apartment always felt safe, quiet and in a good area. Maintenance was always helpful if we needed anything, and the leasing office (especially Barbara) was always very communicative. Rent was affordable for the cost of living here too! If you are thinking of moving here, just know that Barbara is an incredible resource and someone very willing to make your experience memorable!

My husband and I lived at The Watson for a year and had the most wonderful experience. The leasing manager, Barbara is the most wonderful person! She is by far the best manager we have ever had and we have lived in apartments for the last 5 years. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting everything you need and is always around with a smile and remembers her tenants! I can’t say enough about Barbara. We had to leave due to job circumstances but would have stayed for many more years! Our apartment was beautiful and we loved the gym and the other amenities. Maintenance issues were always handled professionally and on time. We love The Watson and would recommend it to anyone!

Barbara is always professional and very efficient when handling things. She’s responsive, easy to work with, and truly cares about the community. Thanks to her, everything runs more smoothly, and we’re really lucky to have her as our property manager.

I had some trouble with my hot water heater and put in a work order to have it fixed or replaced. Charles immediately attended to the issue and fixed the problem the same day. Incredibly fast and efficient service!

The Watson is a great place to live with all the amenities that you need. Neighbors and staff are Friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always there when you need them. I’m so happy to Be a tenant here.
