The Warehouse

I lived in The Warehouse for 2 years and had a great experience! I did work in the office while I was a student and from my experience, staff truly cares about the quality of the community and supporting residents. The common areas were kept tidy and I love the industrial vibes of the complex. Great place for students with the location only about 10 mins to get to class.

I have honestly, really loved living at Warehouse. The staff is super kind and always willing to lend a helpful hand when needed. The location is tough to beat as well. My apartment definitely takes a few too many trips to target on Franklin, but its worth it. I recommend it for sure!!

I have LOVED my time at Warehouse. I lived here for all 3 years at UNC and have almost only positive things to say!

Great location. NO maintenance. For $2200 month per person, you would think! Kitchen sink not working? No response. Tabletop falling off the base? No response. Toilet stops working (and leaking)? Sorry, wait 3 days before we can help.

Close to UNC. Full year lease—no sublet and difficult to do a lease takeover for the summer as high fees and same rent must be paid in summer as the fall—which isn’t realistic, so plan for full 12 months. Nicely decorated. Older property, paint inside apartment not professionally done, appliances, etc are dated and no garbage disposal, but laundry inside of unit is nice. Common areas are clean. Additional parking is expensive and on a waitlist. Convenient to Franklin street.
