I had an incredibly positive experience working with Claire Pope on a difficult sale. My house was badly damaged in the Chantal flood just as it was ready to be listed. If it had been a car, it would have been totaled! After this, it was hard to know what to do, and after several strange events, who to trust. Claire was a lifesaver. With her extensive network of contacts, I was able to have discussions with many people and gain insight. Claire worked very hard on this, even though her commission was drastically reduced. She could not have been more helpful, supportive and professional. Hodge and Kittrell is a top notch firm (I had a chance to meet Mr. Kittrell). They are classy and have a true commitment to their client. I'd recommend them to anyone.
