Ashunti, the Assistant Property Manager at Walton, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she handled it quickly and with a great attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. Her communication is clear, she’s very organized, and she treats everyone with kindness and respect. Having someone like Ashunti in the office makes a big difference in the overall experience of living here. I truly appreciate her help and dedication and would highly recommend working with her.

I’ve had a great experience with this apartment complex so far. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are always in good condition, and the maintenance team is quick and efficient whenever anything is needed. I especially want to shout out Yailin in the leasing office. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the first tour to move-in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She answered all of my questions clearly, kept me updated, and made everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell she really cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. If you’re looking for a place that feels organized, responsive, and comfortable to live in, I definitely recommend checking this community

I had a wonderful experience at The Walton Apartments, and a big part of that was thanks to Ashunti, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I interacted with her, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing great customer service. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I had the information I needed, and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and welcoming. It’s clear that Ashunti truly cares about the residents and the community. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression. Update: On 10/17/25 we ran into maintenance in-person while checking the mail and told them what was going on. After a quick back and forth, they came to our unit to look at the A/C unit and thankfully, it is now fixed. My husband and I have lived here since October 2023. When the complex was owned/operated by Cortland it was a fantastic place to live! Unfortunately, in the months since Walton/ZRS Management took over, living here has been absolutely terrible. The dog waste bins are constantly overflowing. Trash chutes are sometimes so full the ENTIRE room is filled with trash and most recently, they are ignoring maintenance requests. The A/C in our unit went out on 10/4/25. My husband contacted the front office immediately and put in a work order request. The online portal showed it was

I especially appreciate how you’ve made the grounds welcoming for residents and their furry companions. I did want to share that the pet park seems ready for some TLC—perhaps a little refresh or enhancement to keep it as delightful as the rest of the property.
