The Wallasey Apartments

If I could give a zero I would. None of the people who have posted below even live in the building. This is the worst property management company I have ever experienced. They are negligent and never clean up any messes when they are renovating apartments. They leave dirty toilets and fridges with bugs in them in the hallway for days at a time when renovating units. Just today they were launching metal deck furniture off the roof from 4 stories up on to the ground below where residents drop off their garbage. It takes 4-5 times every time you need simple assistance to get a leak fixed or a light replaced. And most of the time when they make an appointment to fix something they don't show. Kevin the new maintenance manager really helped me out with a long lasting problem fixing my toilet. I appreciate the last minute effort especially working during the holiday week.
