Do not live in this apartment whatever you do. We have had constant problems of mold and bugs. We are constantly filling out work orders for them to come fix these problems. After a while they started to mark the work orders complete without even coming to check whats happening. Our dishwasher was broken for 3 WHOLE MONTHS. We were constantly asking them to fix it and they stalled for WEEKS ON END. They kept saying "we need to order a new part." 3 months later they "still needed to order a part." Unacceptable. We came back after summer break to there being mold in all 5 of the bedrooms. Thousands of dollars worth of items were ruined due to the mold. To fix it, they simply painted and sprayed over the mold and told us it was all fixed. A few weeks later, the mold is back! What did they do

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived here for only three months, and during that time there have been ongoing issues with mold, air conditioning, plumbing, and even management turnover the head of management quit recently. While some front desk staff are polite and helpful, others are extremely rude and unprofessional. Whenever I’ve brought up a question or concern in a calm and respectful manner, I’ve often been met with hostility or complete disregard. On one occasion, a front desk employee yelled at me, refused to listen, and shut the door in my face instead of offering an apology or resolution. It’s clear that resident care and communication are not priorities here. Even the maintenance staff tend to be dismissive and rude, despite the building’s recurring problems. The outdoor tv near the pool hasn't worked in over a year, both gas grills are broken, the exit gate of the parking garage is open 24/7 and the entry gate breaks every other month and there seems to always be a problem with AC units. When you tell people that work there that something is broken it’s always, “we’re working on it” but it never gets fixed. Maintenance is rude and gets mad at you when something breaks even if it’s not your fault.

I had a great experience visiting this apartment complex. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a lot to offer. What really stood out was the staff especially Madi. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, answering all my questions and making me feel welcome. If you’re considering this complex, definitely ask for Madi she’s amazing!

Do not have your student put in an application at this complex they give the students the run around and say they have apartments available when they know they do not. The girls were told verbally they had apartment 3A and now being told they are sold out. On their website they still show apartment 3A and many more available. They are just collecting application fees knowing they do not have apartments to rent. This should not be legal to take advantage of students.
