That women ‘Melissa jones” in the office needs to be removed ASAP! I had a showing at 1:30 Pm for my elderly grandfather and I called at 1:00Pm she told me she will have to cancel. Than she hung up on my face I called back to reschedule and she was being rude once again and hung up on my face . Not very professional and can cause bad business to this company . GET HER REMOVED ASAP .

I don’t know who the women are that answers the phone, but they are very rude and I’m not gonna tolerate that. My grandmothers apartment is very messed up with smoke damage and when I try to call to get it fixed they are being very rude.

The only 5 stars they have are from the property management and their family. I lived here for a year and I'm so grateful my lease is up. I had to do my own clean up when I moved in. There were holes in the walls, and dirty carpet. The dishwasher was broken and they said they'd get a new one, I never got that. Moved in with no window blinds and then was sent a letter that I had to get blinds. The filter in the heater was filthy and I was told it's my responsibility to change it, although it was never changed when I moved in. They're infested with roaches and mice and they never have anyone come for pest control. The heating system is up stairs so the downstairs stays cold all winter. Ms. Quick the apartment management is a Karen she's very rude and nasty with people. Overall management

I moved in and the moment I handed them 500.00 I was given 2 days to be out because "HUD didnt pay" They continued to collect the HUD checks for over 6 months until I was finally able to get a HUD agent to speak with me they may be nice looking but horrible thieves
