The Vue @ Chapel Hills

This place has been great to me and my family. Easy to feel right at home especially with the staff here. Randy the maintenance man is so friendly and quick to fix any issue we have had. Not to mention this neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, we love being right across from the mall and seeing the mountains everyday.

When I moved here 5 years ago, this was a non-smoking complex. No smoking in the units. I was told this by three previous managers as well as the current manager Jordan. My downstairs neighbor chain smokes in his apartment, and the smell makes me physically ill. It comes directly up into my apartment. I complained 3 times to Jordan about it, who said she would take care of the problem each time. Upon my fourth complaint after nothing had been resolved, I had gotten pneumonia, was very sick, and had been to the ER, which I made Jordan aware of. She informed me that she had contacted her supervisor at Dunmire and said these were no longer smoke free apartments. She claimed that since it wasn’t in my lease that there was nothing that could be done and advised me to get an air purifier. When I

When moved there it was not worth the price of rent, play ground well.. really I wouldnt call it a play ground, only thing nice was mall across the st, Walmart down the block, and other favorite stores close by.. but I wouldn’t move back.

Just got out apartment here. So far they have been amazing. Me and my girlfriend are very pleased. Few things were missed during the remodel but they have been on it with coming in and fixing everything we could find. This place is more then worth the asking price. Cant beat the location either and its been very quiet.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. My car has been broken into twice since living here.
