Fairly expensive for a poorly managed and designed building. Since there is no garbage chute, tenants have to take out trash with the elevators. Elevators floors are constantly stained with trash and elevator hand rails fall off. A combination of poor trash management and poor tenants leads to trash being all of the trash room floor and even outside at times. When I moved into my unit my sink was clogged with hair, a seat was missing a foot, some kind of animal fair was everywhere, a light was not working, and there was damage in several places. Most leasing companies suck around here, but Green is no exception. Document everything and read your lease to protect yourself.

Me and my friends got our packages stolen multiple times in a single week.

Easy to lose packages, poor management team including horrible customer services. No trash chute in the building and the trash room is always full. Oh, Just received an email regarding we need to throw our trash into the dumpster even though it is full.

Maintenance request take more than three weeks. 8 of 10 packages lost in the mail room. Noise on the street everyday 12 to 4 am.

It took maintenance 2 weeks to come and fix our broken sink, dish cleaner and blender after we submitted the request😅
