Been here 3 going on 4 years. 2 Apartments later. Can’t take a Bath as the paint in the tub is peeling. Roaches have gotten out of control lately, my kitchen and living room has flooded on 3 different occasions due to the storms and bad weather since June 2025, and nothing can supposedly be done about it. I have pictures and videos of the rain coming from under the door and baseboards. So imagine how raggedy the floor is beginning to look. Bathroom sink stays clogged up making us not able to use it. Plumbing sucks! Not to mention I Changed my locks back in December 2024 and the maintenance man lost my keys not once but twice.

If I could give this complex a zero negative I would. The whole year i sat with my walls open. The pipes always needed unclogged. The management sucked and didn't want to do their part. Then before I left got new management. They told me I could move to a new apartment if I paid 50 dollars more for a laundry room I wasn't going to use. So I left and because of that they put 776 dollars on to my credit they said I owe them. All I left in the apartment was a couch and a bed I could not move. I left the apartment just like how they gave it to me which would be a quick turn around. On top of them telling me oh we lost your 1,700 dollar deposit. Didn't call me back nothing So not only did they shit on me, took my money, (which I had extra money on my account they was NOT GOING to give back) th

I’m going to be real me and my family was here for a year and it was the worst maintenance never come when you call you can go to the office and report the problems you have they tell you to fill out the form even doing that they never came and fixed anything. Our water pipes busted in the walls my whole downstairs living room and kitchen was flooded with water when maintenance did come he put a big whole in the living room from the ceiling on down and then our bathroom tiles he took those apart as well, the kitchen sink had a leak so I had to keep a bowl under there to catch the water and the bathroom sink was clogged up smh. Me and my family stayed in these conditions for the at least 3 months until we left. This is the worst place to leave and then they have the nerve to go up on rent w
